Case Study
Häfele kitchen brochure
It's worth taking a look in your own cupboard at home. Perhaps not immediately obvious, but in daily use and of very high quality. Häfele fittings from Nagold in the northern Black Forest are frequently used in the furniture industry, trade and crafts, as well as by architects, planners and builders.
The company can look back on a 100-year history and has grown globally. Customers from 150 countries trust the products of the international specialist for hardware technology, lighting and electronic locking systems.
Despite its global network and strong internationality, Häfele has always remained locally rooted.

Design language
Häfele stands for a clear and simple furniture / fittings design. The company's corporate design is also based on this in all graphic solutions. Lots of white space, gray and red, and a few accent colors.

3D visualizations
The kitchen motifs in this brochure were created and rendered on the computer using 3D software by Grafikhelden Design Studio in Herrenberg. They are an important component of the kitchen magazine. Häfele itself relies heavily on 3D illustrations. Advantage - panels and drawer systems, as well as different lighting situations, can be quickly adapted if necessary.

My contribution
The magazine should be clear and structured. Above all, it was to be based on the corporate design and at the same time present the images generously. Direct coordination rounds with the customer and 3D service provider led to quick results. The brochure was typeset by me in Adobe InDesign and later output as PDF files for print and screen.
